ဓိ႒ာန္ /dei' htan/
v1 resolve, swear, take an oath, vow to do a certain thing (as in ကြၽႏ္ုပ္သည္ ယေန႔မွစ၍ တရားေတာ္ အရ ၿခိဳးၿခံစြာက်င့္အံ့ဟု ~ --). 2 assert the truth of one's deeds for the fulfilment of one's aims (as in ကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္ ငါးပါးသီလကို အဆက္မျပတ္ထိန္းသိမ္းခဲ့ပါသည္။ ဤသစၥာစကား မွန္ကန္ခဲ့ေသာ္ ယခု ခံစားေနရေသာ ဒုကၡသည္ ကင္းစင္ပေပ်ာက္ေစသတည္းဟု ~ --).
