SMRT operates three main MRT rail lines. Travelling here and there in Singapore by MRT makes eased and breezy. It is the better way to travel in Singapore. In addition to the present MRT system, the modernized and technically safe rail line is now built for the commuters as well as the passengers. This is called the Circle line of Singapore.

The Circle line cuts down one's expenses and travelling time. It also gives all travellers to bypass the busy areas, i.e. Raffles Place and City Hall. This line focuses to the rest of the island and then will be able to reach its destination in near future.

The SMRT New Circle Line shown Orange in the SMRT System Map, is now partially opened. This first fully underground orbital line serves all MRT lines running via the suburban areas to the down-town areas. Circle line now gives the public so much better, faster and shorter to many places, such as the stations below:

7. Mountbatten,
8. Dakota,

10. MacPherson,
11. Tai Seng,
12. Bartley,

SMRT lines have main function to overcome the public transport services. Travelling in the remaining areas are provided with the buses, the LRT (Light Rail Transit) and the taxis. The buses and three LRT systems add to the travelling of passengers to be efficient, comfortable and convenient. The three LRT are:

(2) Sengkang LRT, and
(3) Punggol LRT.
There are many interchange stations and bus interchange stations at which simply change trains on the comprehensive network of services. To find an MRT station, look out for the MRT signs which is prominently displayed outside the stations. Get around Singapore safe and sound. The Singapore's public transport system is one of the best in the world. Welcome to Singapore!
