ေအာင္ျခင္းရွစ္ပါး အသံၾကားတဲ့ခါ စီးပြားဥစၥာ အဟုတ္မၾကာေအာင္မွာ က်န္းမာခ်မ္းသာပါလို႔  ေဘးရန္မဝိုင္း
ၾကံတိုင္းေအာင္ေဆာင္တိုင္းေျမာက္မွာ ၇-ရက္ သားသမီးမ်ားနဲ႔ နတ္-လူ-ျဗဟၼာ။
သကၠရာဇ္ေကာဇာ တရာ့သံုးခုမွာ လျပည့္ေႏြကဆုန္ ေရႊဘုန္းေတာ္ေျခာက္ျဖာေတာက္ခါ မဟာေဗာဓိ ေညာင္ပင္
ေအာက္မွာ ဘုရားအျဖစ္ တရားအစစ္န႔ဲ ေရႊပလႅင္ထက္မွာ စံပယ္ခ်ိန္ခါ ေျပာင္မာတင္ ေမခလာ ဆင္ရတနာစီးလို႔ မာရ္နတ္မင္းရယ္ အားမာန္တင္းကာ ဝသဝတီနတ္ျပည္ကလာ စစ္ခ်ီကာ မာန္ေတြမူလို႔ ဘုရားကိုယွဥ္တု ပလႅင္လုျပန္တာ၊ သည္းခံပါ၍ အမ်က္မထား---ပါရမီဆယ္ပါးနဲ႔---မာရ္နတ္ရန္ နင္းႏွိမ္ေပရွာ ေမတၱာဓာတ္န႔ဲ ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာ ေဆာင္ႏွင္းခဲ့ ေအာင္ျခင္း ပထမပါ။
 

အာဠဝီျပည္အနီး ေညာင္ပင္ႀကီးမွာ တဦးတည္း ဘီလူးႀကီး အာဠဝက စံရာ တေန႔ေသာ္ ျမတ္စြာဘဂဝါ သူ႔စံနန္း ျမန္းေတာ္မူလာ၊ ဘီလူးႀကီး အာဠာဝက ယမ္းပံုမီးက် တားမရ ဆီးမႏိုင္ ေဒါသလႈိင္ကာ၊ ဘုရားကို ၿပိဳင္ဆိုင္ မႏိုင္ျငား မာန္စြယ္မ်ားလည္း က်ရရွာ၊ ေမတၱာဓာတ္န႔ဲ ဗုဒၶျမတ္ စြာ ေဆာင္ႏွင္းခဲ့ ေအာင္ျခင္း ဒုတိယပါ။

အခါတပါး ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသည္ ရာဇျဂိဳဟ္ျပည္လမ္းမွာ ဆြမ္းခံၾကြလာ ခိုက္ သတ္လိုက္မယ္တဲ့ ေဒဝဒတ္ မိုက္ဟာ  ၾကံစည္ျပန္တာ၊ နာဠာဂီရိ အမည္ရွိတဲ့ဆင္ကို အရက္အမ်ိဳးမ်ဳိးေတြ အတင္းတိုက္လို႔သာ၊ ဘုရားျမတ္စြာကိုပင္ အနင္းခိုင္း လိုက္တာ၊ သို႔ပါေသာ္လည္း ဆင္မိုက္ႀကီးမွာ ဒူးတုပ္ရရွာ၊ ေမတၱာဓာတ္နဲ႔ ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာ ေဆာင္ႏွင္းခဲ့
ေအာင္ျခင္း တတိယပါ။

(ေရွးသေရာအခါ သာဝတၳိျပည္ဌာနမွာ လူဆိုးဗိုလ္ အဂၤုလိမာလဟာ သန္လ်က္ဓားကို သူ႔လက္ဖ်ားက မခ်ပါ)x ၂၊
ဓားျပႀကီးလုပ္၍ ဆိုးယုတ္ ပံုမွာ လက္ညႇိဳးေတြ ခုတ္လို႔သာ၊ ထိုအခါ ဘုရားၾကြလို႔ မမွားရဖို႔ တရားျပေတာ္မူရွာ၊
ေမတၱာဓာတ္န႔ဲ ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာ ေဆာင္ႏွင္းခဲ့ ေအာင္ျခင္း စတုတၳပါ။

ျမတ္တရားေတာ္ ျမြက္ရွာပါလို႔ သိၾကားျဗဟၼာ အမ်ားသတၱဝါဗိုလ္ပံု ပရိသတ္စံုတ့ဲ မဂၤလာပြဲမွာ စိဥၥမာဏ မိန္းမယုတ္မာ သူ႔ဗိုက္ကို ပ်ဥ္ခ်ပ္ ဖံုးကာ ဘုရားေဂါတမနဲ႔ ကမၼ႒ာန္းေဇာက်ကာ ငိုေၾကြး အရွက္မြန္ ကိုယ္ေလးလက္ဝန္ရွိတဲ့ ပံုဟန္ေဆာင္လို႔ သူစြပ္စြဲလာ၊ အျပစ္ေတာ္ မယူဘဲ လူပံုထဲမွာ ေမတၱာဓာတ္န႔ဲ ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာ ေဆာင္ႏွင္းခဲ့ ေအာင္ျခင္း ပဥၥမပါ။

သံုးလူ႔ထြဋ္ထား ျမတ္ဘုရားေဒသနာ မွတ္သားဖြယ္ ေဝေနယ်ာ အနိစၥၥရယ္ ဒုကၡရယ္ အနတၱတရားကို မွားတယ္  ဆို၍ မၾကည္ညဳိ ျပန္တာ၊ အယူလြဲတ့ဲ ငရဲမိစၧာ သစၥကပရိဗိုဇ္ မလိမၼာ၊ ေဒသနာေတာ္ အနႏၲကို ျမတ္ဘုရားက
ေနာင္မမွားေအာင္ သစၥကကို တရားျပရွာ၊ ေမတၱာဓာတ္ န႔ဲ ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာ ေဆာင္ႏွင္းခဲ့ ေအာင္ျခင္း ဆ႒မပါ။

ဇမၺဴကၽြန္း ျမင္းမိုရ္ေရႊေတာင္ခါးပန္းမွာ ၾကမ္းတမ္းတဲ့ နတ္နဂါးပါ မွတ္သားေလာက္စရာ၊ နေႏၵာပနႏၵ လွ်ပ္တျပက္
အသက္ရာကုေဋ ေခၽြခြင္း-ေျမြမင္းရာဇာ ျမတ္ဘုရားရဲ႕သားေတာ္ ရွင္ေမာဂၢလာန္၊ ႏွိမ္နင္းဖို႔ လႊတ္လို႔သာ၊ စိတ္ႏွလံုး သိမ္ေမြ႔ကာ နဂါးႀကီးေခါင္းငိုက္ ဦးစိုက္ပါလို႔ ခစားဖို႔ေရာက္လို႔လာ၊ ေမတၱာဓာတ္န႔ဲ ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာ ေဆာင္

Kumbhupamam kayamimam viditva, nagarupam cittamidam thapetva;
yodhetha maram panna vudhena, jitanca rakkhe anivesano siya.
40: Knowing that this body is (fragile) like an earthern jar, making one's mind secure like a fortified town, one should fight Mara with the weapon of Knowledge. (After defeating Mara) one should still continue to guard one's mind, and feel no attachment to that which has been gained (i.e., jhana ecstasy and serenity gained through meditation).

With your permission venerable sir, I ask for the Five Precepts with the Three Refuges. Out of compassion, please give me the precepts.

ဘဝသံသရာ ႐ွည္လ်ားေထြျပား မေနမနား တသြားတည္း သြားၾကတာ၊ ခရီးပန္းတိုင္ မေရာက္မခ်င္း တစ္ေယာက္ဆင္း တစ္ေယာက္တက္ ဆက္လက္ထြက္ခြါလာ၊ ေလာဘရယ္ ေဒါသရယ္ ေမာဟရယ္ အဝိဇၨာ ပစၥယာ သခၤါရာတဲ့ ေပ်ာ္လိုက္႐ႊင္လိုက္ ငိုကာရယ္ကာ ဘယ္ဟာ မတည္ျမဲ ေဖါက္လွဲေဖါက္ျပန္ အေၾကာင္းကံ ကမၼသကာ။

Relating to companion, the Buddha taught that one should avoid:
Thirty feet away from animals with horns such as buffalo, cow, gaur and deer.
One hundred and fifty feet away from animals which stamp with front feet and kick with hind feet.
One thousand and five hundred feet away from elephants.
And should never stay in the region where there is a stupid person.

ခႏၶာေ႐ြ႕ /khan da jwei./ v Same as ခႏၶာေႂကြ v.
ခႏၶာဝန္ /khan da wun/ n burden of the body's being. [lit trans from Pali ခႏၶာဘာရ]
ခႏၶာဝန္ခ် /khan da wun cha./ v (of arahats) pass into ပရိနိဗၺာန္; attain final dissolution of ခႏၶာ.

1. Born at the time of bad rulers (Kalavipatti)
2. Born in four miserable existences (Gativipatti)
3. Born with physical deformities and disfigurements (Upadhivipatti)
4. Born deficient in knowledge, mindfulness and diligence (Payogavipatti)

ခင္ပြန္းႀကီး /khin bun: gji:/
n person who should not be wronged, according to tradition there are ten--
1 Buddha, 2 a lesser Buddha, 3 Arhat, venerable monk, 4 the foremost disciple of Buddha, 5 one's mother, 6 one's father, 7 an honourable person, 8 one's mentor, 9 preacher of the Buddhist faith, 10 one's benefactor.
ခင္ႀကီး khin gji:/ n monk.
ေခါင္း /khaun:/ n 1 coffin. 2 cavity. Same as အေခါင္း n (as in သစ္ ~ ၊ ဝါးလုံး ~ ).
ေခါင္းေလာင္းပုံ /khaun: laun: poun/ bell-like part of ေစတီ.
ခတၱိယ /kha' ti ja./ n royalty; nobility. [Pali ခတၱိယ]
ေခတ္ /khi'/

n 1 extent; domain (as in ဇာတိ ~ ၊ အာဏာ ~ ၊ ဝိသယ ~ ).
2 age (as in ေက်ာက္ ~ ၊ အဏုျမဴ ~ ); period; era (as in ပါေတာ္မူ ~ ၊ ဂ်ပန္ ~, etc); times (as in အဘိုးတို႔ အဘြားတို႔ ~ ၊ ေ႐ွး ~ ). [Pali ေခတၱ]

ေခတၱ /khi' ta./ n a short time; a moment. adj temporary.
ခႏၲီ /khan ti/ n patience; forbearance. [Pali ခႏၲီ]
ခႏၶာ /khan da/ n assemblage of the five aggregates of being. 2 the body. [Pali ခႏၶ]
ခႏၶာကိုယ္ /khan da kou/ n Same as ခႏၶာ n 2.
ခႏၶာေႂကြ /khan da kjwei/ v die; pass away.

35: The mind is difficult to control; swiftly and lightly, it moves and lands
wherever it pleases. It is good to tame the mind, for a well-tamed mind brings
happiness.
