Dhamma for Lifestyle (27)

Five Supporting Factors

If young trees are planted, one needs to fence, water, clear old roots and weeds. Also, insects and webs are to be removed. It certainly is to be done always.
For one:
Sila and fencing,
Knowledge and watering,
Discussion and weeding,
Samatha and insect-clearing,
Vipassana and webs-moving,
These are alike and similar.
